I’m very disappointed! They didn’t even give me water to drink, poor service! I don’t feel the massage at all, basically very light and she is touching me, I’ve asked for go a bit stronger but she is still touching me, the pool and sauna don’t look very clean, I prefer my virgin active gym, it’s 100 times cleaner! It’s not worth the price!
Had a foot repair this morning by Emma and I feel great, just the thing before my holidays to have comfortable feet be for walking round in the sun
Absolutely appalling. Will be going in this morning to show her the chunk of skin she took from my partners face when doing her eyebrows. Will be taking this further. Update: Amy the manager called me and rectified the situation. Super professional and spoke to me in the perfect way. Credit to the spa after such a bad experience.
Staff are nice. Good got a quick massage before trip and stress free. Location easy. Parking. Will be back
I never usually review things but couldn't not-amazing! I've had my eyebrows done many times but this was the first time I have come here and I absolutely love them/I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Amy! Xx
I just had my eyebrows waxed here, i told the employee that i just wanted them neatened and not thinned. I did not want the shape changed because I have nice eyebrows. I made it totally clear and said that multiple times this woman went completely to town and took half my eyebrow. They look like two ridiculous triangles and not at all my natural shape. I’m am so deeply upset and angry. I can’t believe I trusted this incompetent woman with my face.
Always 5* treatment. Treatment's for men as well as women ie sports massage or medical etc besides lots of other treatments. Very clean place, staff are all lovely, helpful and knowledgeable and all fully trained to a very high standard.
