Excellent service as always. Will was extremely helpful and sorted out the problem with my computer without charge because it didn't require taking apart; he also ran additional tests that he didn't have to run for me. If you have a problem with your PC, this is the place to take it in Spalding.
They are very helpful.. High spec used laptops and tablets.. With warranty..
Terrible after service. Abrupt telephone manner and could not be bothered to even look at when I purchased my machine. I was advised to bring it in as it could be a faulty hard drive or a number of other problems.....Don't think I will be using them again.
Useless. I went to get my screen repaired. It's a job that would have taken less than a week if I had it sent away. They took 2 weeks to do the job. After one week they had daily phone calls and kept saying "it will be ready tomorrow". I now have my phone back and dropped it on my spongy carpet and now the top half of the screen doesn't work. Poor service and clearly poor products they purchase to do the job
I Purchase Laptop for 400 Pound. I am disappointed, because prices are cosmic and big problems with purchased goods. To bring them to repair the computer does not make any sense. do not know how to fix anything. My laptop is overheating i cant even touch with hand, but they says everything is okay, no overheating, no any problems.
My sister''s done a trade in and repair in the shop. Disappointing, lack of coordination amongst staffs! The secondhand devices price was higher than eBay or amazon and worse quality than both. One of the staff also is not nice indeed when discussing problem with my sister. Go little further to Bourne, better place to fix your Apple device! I hope it helps.
