Been using this specific branch for a few years now. I have always found the staff to be very friendly when I have been in getting the car serviced or repaired. I find it amazing reading the other reviews as I've never been treated in such a way. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Disaster. Avoid by all means. Unfriendly and very rude service staff. Unprofessional and liars. Sold extended warranty but not happy to replace tailgate light which was misting. Its obvious there is mist inside, if its not cracked or not altered in any way shape or form then its a warranty replacement but no they dragged on with delays till the warranty expired and then sorry sir we cant do it. Shame I had to write this review when SEAT makes really good cars.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, uninterested. Very unusual for a Specialist Cars showroom as I've found all the others I've visited to be the opposite. Needs sorting out!
