Driver rang before delivery. Explained covid measures and took everything to the bedroom with no damage to paint work. They were exceptionally polite and respectful
Kelly was really helpful, as we didn't know where to start looking for a new mattress. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the right one.
The delivery drivers were very pleasant and chatty. Got a call from the delivery drivers to tell us that they were on there way. Great delivery and wished us a merry Christmas

Extremely poor customer service. My order did not arrive and I wasn't even told there was a delay. I placed the order in July and I cancelled it in November as it still hadn't arrived. I am still waiting for the 50 compensation I was promised - I was told to ring customer services but I can't get through! What a joke, extremely poor from Bensons, I would expect more from such an established company, I will definitely not be buying from them in the future.
Very professional, very respectful, and got the job done really quickly. Highly recommend
