Worst agency ever. They take 50-60 a week for no apparent reason if your happy to work hard and received pay a 16 year old at McDonald's receives this is the agency for you. I have worked for many agencies and sphere solutions is by far the worst. I was working on site and the site manager asked me if I'm able to work for two month and I said yes only problem is you have to change agencies. I said thats fine what are the rates. He spoke to Amanda from sphere and he passed me the phone and I spoke with Amanda and she told me 10.75 a hour is your rate as your Currently on 10.50 with another agencies and to sign the documents and the portal system thats all fine all done. Never told a thing about the umbrella system until 2 weeks in and I received my first pay from the company I received 316 for 40 hours baring in mind im on 10.75 a hour I was told. They take 50-60 a week for no apparent reason if your happy to work hard and received pay a 16 year old at McDonald's earns this the place for you.
