I love this place. They always have everything I come for, the quality is far better than the supermarket, I always buy my rice and spices from here because of the quality and the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and always happy to help. I only wish they’d open one in Deeping to save me the journey!!

I think i just found the best health shop ever. They have everything you could need in a health store Coffee beans, spices, beans, dried fruit, suppliments, and vegan/plant based alternatives. Great friendly staff ....... I brought some organic Sumatra coffee which was ground form me in the shop..
Their freshly made bakery products are great, and their coffee beans. Pop in if you never have. Well worth a visit.
Traveled over from Stamford and pleased what an amazing independent health shop!. Great range of fresh, frozen and loose items to choose from - excellent if you want to buy packaging-free and bring your own bags. The only place I know like this for many many miles. Good choice of vegan food. Looking forward to by Black forest fruits chocolate muffin!
