Awful. I asked for a simple bob - I was given a totally uneven cut with unexpected layers that i didn't ask for. My hair is thinkcrnough already. My hair is also at least 1 inch shorter than I asked and longer at the back - who in the world of bobs would ever want that??? Total waste of money and wholly disappointing
