asked for a all blacks shirt was told they only stock the England shirt, no problem, then some women behind the counter told the other one well put well done that is a good response they then gave me dirty looks as i left the store, i cant help but think its because I am Asian. Due to the scummy attitude of the staff i would never go back here.

It was OK. The experience was nice but not the one I have never gotten from elsewhere though. Sports Direct needs to improve the quality of their staffs by probably retraining sooner of them to learn how to extend hands of help rather than thinking everyone must Wong took them before they can assist. This is what happens in almost all of the sport direct shops that I have been to. And again, their refund policy is really night impressive at all. They give you vouchers when you return an in-store purchase which you would think any store line even the big ones like Nike, JD Sports, TK MAX and the rest of them. Hopefully, sports Direct can yield to the outcry from us the customers and begin to treat the customers with some respects and dignity. Anyway, after all the tantrum, I can confirm that the shoes are worth checking out and affordable too for average or low income families around especially when there is sale going on. Enjoy
The worst service, well actually that would imply there is a service. Rude staff who take pride in being obtuse and unhelpful. Genuinely don’t bother, you’re better ordering online.
