Staff really helped. Despite a long wait for the shoes staff to notice and serve which is usual with SD. We got the trainers we needed and they were in stock for the first time ever! Anyway we got to the til and they checked the sizes and they were wrong. Staff could not do enough to put it right as it became quite confusing. But all good in the end. Thanks SD

Disgusted by their false advertisement of spent 50 and get 10 gift card. Just spent 100 and was entitled to 20 pound of gift card back and because we had saved 25 every week over the year to buy kids /grandkids stuff from there and had there prepaid gift card they refused to honour that offer. We give our money to them to get a card to then tell us a loyal customer that we can't have the same offer as anyone else .. next year they have just lost custom we will shop else where
The staff are so helpful and the selection of items is very good. Great price also.
