Found the staff to be much more helpful than other reviews said! They did make a mistake but that can easily be forgiven when you're served quickly. The stock was varied although I went for my 2nd choice of shoes as my first choice was not in my size. Would happily go again. Wasn't as bad as people make it out to be. (Men's 11)

While trying on some trainers, my husband asked if they could look & see if they had a certain trainer in his size. Off they went to look .... not sure where they went, but we are still waiting for them to come back & tell us. Seriously though, after about 25 mins of sitting like lemons we went across & asked the staff member who’d gone to look for the trainer size. “Hi, did you manage to find the size?” “No” he replied. I asked why they didn’t come to tell us, instead of leaving us sitting waiting. He shrugged ...... Maybe his time isn’t important to him. My time is important to me. We complained to someone who looked like they might care... how wrong were we. Staff training must consists of Arrogance & Attitude courses. Having said that the girl on the till was friendly. So it wasn’t all bad.
