They refused to exchange a pair of trainers which i bought a few days ago and wore just ones. I've got the receipt and the box. These ''Nike'' s literally hurt your ankle. Don't buy these and would not advise you to buy anything form there. They violated my rights to return the trainers. They were also very rude.
The staff are devoid of personality, tact, warmth or any sense of retail hospitality. The staff member by the door is reluctant to move or do anything, and the staff by the footwear deck is rarer than a snow leopard and spotting one is lucky. When staff are present they are more interested in having banter than each other than manning the barren till section. The layout is claustrophobic and the choice of sporting goods leaves a lot to be desired. Therefore, I highly recommend JD Sports as an alternative...
Is what it is.. friendly staff makes a lot of difference well done all great job.
Just walked out. Staff more interested in chatting than serving. 150 worth of trainers for me and the kids, dumped on the shelf because they can’t be bothered and walk off when they see people waiting. Wasn’t the only person who got fed up and walked off either
