Nice and shiny new store, but layout is a disaster. Wow this store is difficult to navigate. Sometimes things seem to be logical, like organising clothes by the sport... except that that only applies to the upstairs. Downstairs is organised by brand, and it's really hard to know if what you're looking for is upstairs or downstairs. Moreover, men's and women's are mostly muddled together, so you end up looking through twice as many clothing racks as you want to. Speaking of upstairs/downstairs: The tills are upstairs, placed as far as possible from the entrance. Thanks. Also, why on earth is there an escalator to go upstairs, but stairs to go down. I saw a small toddler really struggling down the steep steps on my last vist, for whom I felt very sorry. No issues with staff (although queues at tills were not very good) and prices are not uncompetitive. Overall the store is a real mixed bag; on the one hand the atmosphere is pleasant and modern, on the other hand if feels like in almost every way, and particularly in layout, the store has been designed to extract as much money from you as possible. Shame on you Sports Direct. Shame on you.

Massive place - labyrinthine! You can find (almost) anything you want here with ranges to suit all wallets. Just take your own bag.

Very helpful staff. Looking for football sucks for a child with very small feet in a specific colour not her feet lol) First staff member sent me to the right floor, second found the size I needed.
