A good sports shop with top quality brands. Also has helpful and friendly staff.
What a shame. Dirty and stinky. A lady on the till had a face like she just smelled something ... Very strange place. I would not reccomend to anyone. Staff working like they are a slaves :D No customer service at all. Joke.
Ok but clothes break easy and they always try to get you to buy a bag which is quite annoying
Visit a different Branch, the manager Alex isn't really bothered about a good customer experience and is Rude..!!!!!! (customer service,,,,,,not at this branch)
My husband bought a pair of trainers 6 weeks ago only wearing them now and again and they split took them back yesterday with his receipt and they refused to do anything about them just said wear and tear and the manager even told him to leave the store. Absolutely disgusting customer service and would not recommend buying anything from here
Decent clothing and prices. Downside is the store is very small compared to other sports direct chains so less variety.
Absolutely awful service, it was my boyfriends birthday so he treated himself to a pair of shoes but as we got to the counter the lady was really rude and had a very had attitude, sports direct really must be careful on who they employ next time. Disgusting behaviour from the lady
