Lee has always been able to reduce my pain and restore my movement, whether i am suffering from a sports injury or consequence of too many hours set at a desk at work. Immediate hands on treatment to sort out the pain combined with advice about exercise, posture and movement. Each visit i have something to take away from his broad knowledge of treatment and physical training. From attending Lee 2 years ago i have also started to follow a strict exercise programme designed by him and have also changed my diet. I now follow an anabolic diet. Life changing experience. Up until this point i was becoming a couch potatoe, had no confidence. I had gained weight from bad eating habits and no form of exercise. My comfort zone was my living room. I was horrified about the prospect of showing myself up in a gym. Thanks to Lee and his guidence it was just what i needed. My comfort zone is now at the gym and i am feeling so much happy, fitter and alot healthier. I couldnt recommend him enough!!!
