My Husband and I were left extremely dissappointed after our visit. We used to live in essex but we moved away and the husband really wanted to see this store that was raved about so much. We couldn't find what we were looking for so we asked a member of staff. He was rude telling us that his sports direct didnt stock things like wellies as they weren't that type of store. Needless to say we just left. I thought sports direct sold a range of things. We went to our more local one and they were far more professional and although they didn't have the size we wanted at the time we would go back to them. Lakeside you've lost another set of frequent shoppers.

Store is OK as per usual. But majority of the staff are terrible. Unprofessional, flirting with one another, making jokes, laughing and generally acting like it's a playground. Awful management.
