First visit today to see the New Nurse! ( diabetic) after many years with “ Christine”. Omg how lovely was she!Happy, Full of life & information! Was so nervous, but she put me at ease straight away.Gave me good check up. Been our surgery for 35 years, never had a complaint, the Receptionist are always Helpful, and always manage to get an App. Nurse did tell me her name it began with a “T “ i think??? 5 stars for “ Spring Farm” xxx

Ive nothing but praise and admiration for Dr Sheikh and all of the helpful and professional reception staff at the practice …. Ive used the surgery on a few occasions during the current Covid crisis and could not have been treated better. A first class service and a credit to the NHS

I have recently joined the surgery and am pregnant. I have experienced worst service so far especially being booked in for a flu jab and then being told they have none. As well as they don't communicate with my midwife especially when I have been advised to work from home and I required the DR to write me a letter the receptionist wasn't having it, after 4th attempt DR calls me and is charging me 25 for a letter she not even going to write what the midwife has said she mentioned to me she will write it as I have requested it. When clearly they so nicely advertising what a risk it is for a child if you was to catch a flu and what impact it can have on the baby despite that they telling me my basic hygiene which I already know. Worst GP ever the DR wasn't friendly at all.
