The worst possible place. I called up today to explain that I wanted to come in and bring some gifts for the residents. The lady I spoke to on the phone FATIMA BEGUM didnt even bother to listen to what I had to say - she thought i was a sales person and hung up the phone before I even finished my sentence. If this is the sort of customer care you get from someone answering a call, God only knows how they are treating peoples loved ones. If anyone is sending their loved ones here (God forbid), please do check up on them regularly so that people like FATIMA BEGUM are not responsible for their care. I have advised that I will be making a formal report to the relevant body about this. It's important people know about this dreadful individual and hopefully management take action. Good luck!
