I’ve now done two of the Art Shed Takeaway Paintings and enjoyed every minute. I did one with my 10 year old daughter for a lovely shared experience and the second one I set aside time alone and worked on it over two days. Kathy’s instruction is clear and well pitched. The art work is accessible to all levels of ability and experience and I was pleasantly surprised how my painting turned out. I’ll definitely do another although I’ll need to find another wall to hang it on!

Such a wonderful, relaxed and well run camp. My children loved it! So fantastic for them to have opportunities to work with different art media, be creative and learn new skills. The art pieces that my children have brought home are amazing! Thank you ArtShed!
I ordered the water colours takeaway for my daughters to do during lockdown. The supplies were delivered very quickly and were excellent value. The videos on YouTube are brilliant and my daughters have followed them very well. The girls are still drawing up their main piece of artwork on the proper paper. It has been spread over a couple of weekends - trying to do the artwork on the weekends. Would definitely recommend, and am looking forward to future projects. Good value for money.
My children love going to holiday camps here. They were looking forward to going to an Easter camp so I got them the Artshed takeaway project to make up for it a bit. The materials came really quickly and they had a really happy whole day working on the project! The videos must have been clear and easy to understand because I didn't get asked any questions at all and the end pictures they both did were fantastic! Highly recommend.
I did a couple of terms at the ArtShed in St-Albans and found Jayne a passionate artist who is willing to share her extensive knowledge with you. She is an inspiring and fantastic teacher who really helps you get creative and brings the best out of you. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere in small groups. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to try an art class.
