Thank you so much for such an amazing service. The wait was so worth it and we are happily enjoying our wonderful hot-tub, relaxing every night. Delivered and installed on Tuesday, craned over the house into the garden, wonderful professional service from start to finish, ordering to delivery, the installation guys were fantastic. Thank you so much for such a brilliant service, I look forward to many happy evenings soaking away the stresses of the day, we are already reaping the rewards and sleeping so much better. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking the plunge (pun intended) Thanks guys

I had a lovely experience buying my first ever hot tub today, very exciting times. It was all new to me and I found Rachel to be very friendly and understanding of my needs and not your typical pushy sales person; she listened to my needs and found the perfect hot tub for my myself and family. We have ordered The Sterling in the Silver White shell colour with grey cabinet and matching steps and cover lifter with the music upgrade package and even a hydraulic cover lifter; I’m only 5’2 so I would struggle with the cover when my sons and husband aren’t around to help me. She was very honest and upfront about long lead times, which is the unfortunate climate we’re in. Very much looking forward to it when it does arrive. Thanks Rachel and Award Leisure. Great experience from start to finish. I visited a couple of the showrooms to get a feel for the business and the products as there was not much on display at the time due to busy times. Each time I felt so welcome and it was not a pressured environment like I had felt previously with other companies. 100% worth the wait, even though it was frustrating at times.

Hold Tight! I ordered my hot tub back in June and it has being well worth the wait. Charlotte has been great all the way through, with her recommendation on which tub to have and keeping me updated on the delayed delivery. I even got a complimentary pint for Peroni when I was ordering :)
