The service I recieved was brilliant considering it was a limited service. Phone was answered within a few minutes, and I was transferred to the relevant department where I spoke to a lovely, cheerful lady in the repairs department. She dealt with my problem, set up for someone to come to the property the next day as it was an emergency. The contractor Morgan and Sindall came as planned in the morning, and sorted out the problem, he too was efficient with a friendly manner. I had a good experience with both coucil and contractor. Thank you.
