I cannot recommend Collinson Hall St Albans highly enough - both as a buyer 5 years ago and, more recently, as a vendor. We received such an excellent service from Becky and the rest of the team at Collinson Hall. They were extremely responsive and honest throughout the process. The marketing of our property was very swift and effective-securing 3 asking price offers in the first week. Thereafter, when everything else seemed to grind to a halt (getting hold of conveyancers, surveyors etc) Collinson Hall kept everything moving and were always available. I had a great experience as a buyer five years earlier and again was very grateful for the team's pragmatism and straight forward nature. Buying and selling houses can be so stressful and on both occasions Collinson Hall played a really vital role in keeping everything on track and reassuring all the respective parties.
