Highly recommended for all biking needs! A friendly and Professional Service. I recently had 2 bikes serviced one required lots of attention as had been used very aggressively starting to show issues when riding. I contacted Crank to Cog and discussed what I felt was required. Denis booked me in to bring the bikes down at a time that suited me, he was then able to have a look over the bikes and we could select the best package. The 1st bike was my sons and was completed in a very quick turn around time which pleased my son. Outcome from my son was it was riding much smoother and felt like a new bike again. The 2nd bike mine was completely stripped down inspected and a full service given, the process was also carried out quickly and I was updated with how things were going. If things needed replacing I was given options ‘like for like’ or different replacements/upgrades. When I went to collect Denis gave me a run through of the bike in working order and I was shown the parts that had been removed and replaced, I was given a workshop check sheet to show what had been checked, description of work carried out. The work was carried out to a high standard and me and my son are very happy with our bikes again. We will be continuing to use Crank to Cog in the future for all of our bike.
Absolutely fantastic service. My bike was delivered back to me transformed into something looking shiny and (almost) new! Unbelievable! I'm so excited, I can't wait to take it for a spin. Thank you so much to Corinna and Denis, you really did make my day.
I used this local business to service the gear shifters on my mountain bike. Not only did they sort the issue out but they also gave my bike a full clean. They were extremely friendly to deal with and I would very much recommend them to anyone else looking to have their bike serviced.
I took my bike to Crank and Cog and they did an absolutely wonderful job replacing the tyres and inner tubes. They also looked over my bike carefully to check if it was safe and if there was anything else that needed doing. They were very responsive via email for booking in and gave me a call to let me know the cost of the repair so I was informed at every stage. They were very professional and even cleaned up my chain as an extra, I would highly recommend this local business.
Very professional and friendly service. Everything is explained so there are no surprises. The team went through our bikes thoroughly and when returned they now feel and ride like new bikes! Thank you All at Crank to Cogs!
