We’ve been using this services for 7 months now for dog walking and our dog absolutely adore her. On top of all Jemma is also extremely professional, polite and courteous. Jemma has been amazing with my boy, he's in need of some training and help to manage his excitement around other dogs. I explained all his needs when meeting with jemma and she has been taking him out on solo walks, working on helping him with all his issues and slowly introducing him to other dogs. He absolutely loves seeing jemma. She has always been professional, had great communication with me, and flexibility when I have needed to add or change days. I would recommend her every time without a doubt.
We have been using K9 active for the last six months and have been very impressed at the love and care provided to our Labrador. Having a slightly nervous dog means we needed someone who was willing to take their time to learn and develop a good understanding of our dog. K9 active have exceeded all expectations and as a result we have a very fit and happy dog.
Would highly recommend gemma, i have a very hyper and active american bulldog who loves going on walks and she loves the attention and care that gemma gives whilst taking care of Nala. She is knowledgeable and is always able to help/give advice and is flexible when it comes to my awkward/changing of work shifts.
