4 sessions in and the improvement in my pain levels and mobility is incredible! Despite years of chronic pain and increasingly restricted movement in many areas of my body, I am already experiencing huge relief. I am sleeping better, can play with my kids without constantly telling them to be careful of my shoulder/hip/etc, have been able to greatly reduce the amount of pain medication I'm taking, am experiencing fewer headaches, my only regret is not having it all looked at earlier! Had I known Osteo treatment could be so effective I wouldn't have delayed, and as Herts Osteopathy was recommended to me by a trusted friend I was confident I would receive excellent care. I really feel like Maria is genuinely aiming to make a real difference, and in addition she takes the time to answer any questions I have about my areas of pain, or the treatment she is providing. Please don't wait like I did!

I cannot recommend Claire at Herts Osteopathy highly enough. I was in agony with back and hip pain for months. The pain was excruciating at times and I'd lost all hope that I'd ever be able to live a normal life again. Claire has given me my life back in a few short weeks and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm now pain free at last. Thank you!

I suffered with PGP From around twenty weeks (and at the start of the Covid-19 lockdown). I found Herts Osteopathy through the Pelvic Partnership website and some other information about PGP. From that, I realised I didn’t need medication to ease my pain, like the GPs we’re suggesting. Jo and the team are fantastic, and although my pain did not go completely, the treatment Jo provided allowed me to be more mobile and complete day to day activities and enjoy the rest of my pregnancy. Coming to see Jo was the highlight of my week, she is super informative and explained everything to me that was going on with my body. I have also been having treatment post birth and am pretty much back to normal fourth month down the line. I also had a post pregnancy massage with another member of the team which was wonderful and completely needed after having a baby with no access to other massages due lockdown! Thank you to Jo and the team!

Jo Day is amazing. Herts Osteopathy the only place to go for all womens health aches and pains. Specialises in pregnancy and post natal and everything else. Jo is incredibly knowledgable, professional and I always leave feeling much better than when I walked in.

I began to develop Pelvic Girdle Pain around the second trimester of my pregnancy. With 20 weeks to go it was becoming increasingly uncomfortable to stay active and mobile, with every twist or turn resulting in shooting pain. Jo has been a miracle worker and has managed to get me back on my feet after only a few sessions. She was able to spot the problem instantly and reassured me that we could alleviate the pain with both regular appointments and at home exercises. Ever since I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy and I'd recommend her to anyone that’s experiencing even a twinge as you really don’t have to suffer through it.
