Tim has been absolutely fantastic with our dog Ghost. Our dog is pretty difficult out on walks and pretty lead defensive. We have used ALOT of dog walkers and sitters, majority who have had a difficult time with Ghost, but Tim gave Ghost a chance despite telling him all the details and horrific stories, and We have used In&Out since April with not one problem at all. Tim makes it look easy to walk Ghost! Which we have never managed to do ourselves in the whole 2.5 years of owning him. Infact, my other half and I have become great friends with Tim in the process. He even came round to help me put up my Christmas decorations and asked for nothing in return. He installed a key safe for when we needed to give him access to the house to get Ghost when we are out. All walks are tracked, we get sent photos and all the tracking information on the day too, which is really reassuring to know Ghost is well looked after. 100% recommend Tim and In&Out to all of our friends. Extremely professional, reliable, friendly and most importantly, Ghost absolutely loves Tim! He’s so excited that He runs out the door to get to Him. You can tell he genuinely loves and cares for all the dogs in his care. Thanks again Tim, best dog walker around!

Tim provides an excellent service, he’s incredible efficient at replying and booking in walks and house sitting. He has looked after our Vizsla puppy a lot of the last few months and Otto loves him. He is very reliable and went above and beyond when Otto was ill recently whilst he was house sitting. I would highly recommend In & Out - Taking the Lead.
Tim has been walking my 3 dogs since the new year. With 2 of them not being easy with pulling and being reactive to others dogs he deals with this wonderfully and doesn’t let it put him off and they are are so delighted to see him when he arrives every day. I could not recommend him highly enough
Tim walks my two dogs. One an elderly crotchety Labrador the other a bouncy very lively Gordon Setter puppy. They both love him and get very excited when he turns up. Tim himself is totally reliable. And does his utmost to help. He does a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to recommend
