I visited J Day Stoneworks on several occasions when trying to decide on a wood burning stove. They gave me lots of advice on choosing the right product and have an extensive range. The whole process was easy from start to finish and they kept me informed of the progress of my order the whole time. They work closely with the company I used to fit the burner Ignite Installations who also did a fantastic job. I can't think why you would go anywhere else if you are looking for a stove or fireplace.

Update in response to reply: I never left answer phone messages. On 3 occasions I called & spoke directly to a staff member who assured me a call back with information. The calls never came. Nothing to do with coronavirus and more to do with poor service. Initial review. Helpful in store and a good range of fires. Downside is they never called back on 3 separate occasions. Lost a sale
Fabulous knowledge of wood burners. Great quality of kiln-dried wood/kindling & overall excellent customer service from every member of staff.
Found Jonathon really friendly and helpful. He was pleasant to deal with. I am happy customer.
