AVOID when purchasing gifts - NO REFUNDS GIVEN I was bought a necklace for my first birthday since having my little boy. I did love the necklace but I was also bought another necklace with my babies pictures in a locket. Obviously, this one took priority therefore i was given a gift receipt. I took the necklace back within 14 days of purchase to the shop in the hope could exchange for another item of jewellery. However, i didnt like anything else in the shop as there was limited stock in the price range of the item bought. When approaching the till I spoke to a sales representative that told me there was no chance of a refund. The owner was then called and I asked the man who made the sale if this was stipulated at the point of purchase (as buying a gift is always a risk) to which he pointed to a very small sign by the till. Sadly, in these Covid times, people havent got money to throw away and money is precious i wanted to warn others, as its at a shops discretion whether or not to refund. This one has refused to refund. I dont want anyone else to get caught out.
First rate. I have used them twice for relatively minor fixes and was treated as if I'd just bought an Submariner Rolex both times. I will definitely return. Only jewellers in Berkhamsted come close.
Just collected my partner & I's wedding rings and delighted with the result. My ring was bespoke to fit the curve in my engagement ring & it's an absolutely perfect fit and arrived so quickly (within 2 weeks). My fiancé's wedding ring is also spot on. Great service from Lembi & David.
Had my engagement and wedding bands resized here, after all the other high street and one independent jeweller said that the rings would be difficult to resize due to the diamonds on the shoulders. Really pleased with the service. The staff were friendly and replied to my emails promptly. The rings came back looking brand new! 100% would recommend.
