Don't trust their on-line charter estimater system - not even for an estimate. I charter regularly for our Family Office and have been seriously misled by their pricing. I understand what an estimate or ball park is but the estimated rates their online system is advertising are wildly misleading. Not just 10 - 20% out but rather 100% out. If your system cannot produce reasonably accurate estimates on certain routes then perhaps you shouldn't include those routes. Click-bait? False advertising?
