This place is just brilliant ,My 22 year old watch was fixed and working with 24 hours of me asking Mr James to take a look at it .the watch was to me of sentimental value,so thank you very much for the quick repair Mr James.
Roberts service and knowledge is impeccable. I sell watches on eBay and always helps replace the battery’s before o post them out to buyers. He goes the extra mile to fix any other small issues which shows how passionate he about his craft. When I collect a watch he always takes time to educate me on how my watches are built which is fascinating. We are lucky to have someone with his skill set here in St Albans!
Visited 90 mins after booked appointment with irratic Cartier. Left within 15 mins with all in working order and diagnosis of problem (dodgy battery terminal). Fast, efficient and friendly. Until Robert retires, I'm going nowhere else. Wish I had found him before.
Excellent service, sound advice & reasonable price for the service of my watch. Very pleased. Keeping perfect time & seals are all good :-) p.s It's in the art shop.
