I have used the White Rooms a number of times now. The venue is a lovely space, the rooms are all of a high standard and it's all immaculately clean, with relevant precautions currently in place. Not only that, but the staff are extremely helpful, and Emma in particular is super accommodating, with nothing being too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend it as a venue not only for market research purposes, but training, workshops, and even filming.

What a great, welcoming space! I attended a nutritional workshop and networking evening at The White Rooms a few days ago and what an amazing space to hold an event. The room was modern with a \Soho Chic\ vibe, comfortable seating, coffee and tea making facilities provided and full of character. The team at The White Rooms were professional, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I was so impressed by the space that I have now rented it for a workshop of my own. Don't be fooled by the small exterior of this building.. it's huge inside and a real credit to the team. A special thanks to Emma for being so amazing and friendly.
I have moderated groups at the White Rooms 4 times and each time the hosts were fantastic - very attentive to both viewers and respondents. Parking is very convenient considering its central location. Rooms have been recently refurbished and feel much more relaxed and homely than other viewing facilities I have used. The main 'Showroom' is very versatile with a number of layout options to choose from.
A great space to hold meetings - the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the recently refurbished interiors made a lovely space to spend the afternoon. Its central location in the heart of St. Albans also makes it really accessible, even from London. Will certainly be returning again in the future - thank you White Rooms!
This is a super viewing facility. The staff are so helpful and the rooms are smart and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The sound and sightlines are top class. I will return.
