My wife took in her grandmother's eternity ring that was too large for her. The initial consultation to help her choose a replacement blank was very professional and not pushy at all. The work was done slightly quicker than we expected, though within the time frame we were quoted. My wife was incredibly happy with the new ring and was quite overcome. The stones had all been cleaned and polished as part of the process, and the overall result is magnificent. While we were there, my wife had an old white gold pendant replated with rhodium (it took 15 minutes) and chose a new necklace from which to hang it; again, there was no hard sell. We would definitely recommend them, and from now on we will only go there for any similar work.

Agreed a purchase through email conversion. I was told the watch had been put in their safe ready for me to collect. However they sold the watch before I got there.

After several visits to see Chris I purchased an engagement ring. Throughout the whole process Chris was amazing! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never felt once that he was pushing for a sale. After careful consideration a beautiful diamond was selected and ring which had been designed by Chris.
