My three cats were staying here initially for a couple of weeks whilst we moved home. Due to unforeseen circumstances, however, their stay was extended for 150 days - Gill was incredibly accommodating and very helpful. Premises were immaculate and the cats seemed very well cared for. Even when our boy got too much for the two girls, Gill was happy to buy him the automatic version of his favourite toy to entertain him and keep him out of trouble! I would have no hesitation in leaving the three of them here again, all were incredibly fond of Gill.

My Bengal cat is so happy here. She loves the outside run (accessed via a cat flap) and the heated sleep pad. The staff make time to brush her and to play. When we have a holiday I know my cat is safe and content - no guilt!

I will literally not take my cat anywhere else to be looked after now, this place is the best I've ever seen. Hygienic, spacious, clean, very friendly, large pens and the icing on the cake is that they even have his heated bed plugged in for his arrival. Having staff trained in veterinary nursing means that I have no need to worry regarding his welfare, health conditions or medication. The prices are soooo good for such amazing peace of mind

Our cats Alfie and Joey had their holiday here recently. Can't fault the place at all, living area was very spacious and plenty room for them to roam about outside if they wanted to. Will not hesitate to use in the future and highly recommend!
