On the first visit around 6.30 pm staff were all very nice and we were seen within a couple of hours. The wound was dressed and we were told to come back in 48 hours for it to be checked which we did. On arrival at 7pm today the receptionist told us, quite coldly, that they don't do dressings after 6pm. I explained we had been told to return. She let us in and we waited to see the nurse, only then to be told the same again. Having rushed home from work to accompany my son, who was told not to walk due to injury, and spending 12.50 in taxi fares, it would have been helpful to be advised of this in the first instance. With notice we could easily have gone earlier in the day. Hopefully the wound will be ok when they do check it tomorrow!

I can only talk from my own experiences at this centre.. I am 54 years old. Born and raised in the Manor.. So have been using this centre for many years. I would like to applaud the Dr's , Nurses, staff for having a clean and well functioning centre.. I've only had one excessively long wait since I have been attending the centre. I can only speak of my of own experiences..

I can only speak for myself and perhaps I was lucky as I went there at 8 a.m. I found the whole experience good if it’s possible to be “good” when in pain. The triage nurse was kind and helpful as was the radiologist, I then saw a kind and helpful doctor. Some of the X-ray equipment looked pretty old but compared to going to St. Mary’s it was paradise. I was able to come out and walking extremely slowly the the bus stop I got back to my home at 10.15 am. A success story as far as I am concerned.

Within 30 mins of arriving I was assessed and sent for an X-Ray, revealing a broken bone in my foot. Glory the Nurse practitioner was exceptional, professional yet funny which is what everyone needs in situations like this. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had when needing medical attention. Can not fault anything. Thanks for your amazing help everyone!

Pathetic level of care, incompetent nurse booked me into a service that was later cancelled for not being in the right catchment area. Beforehand I was seen by 2 people who did not mention that at any point. 4 hours wasted whilst dealing with pain. Managing nurse as incompetent as the one who saw me.

Visited twice this month. All staff from Reception to Triage and Staff Nurses have been professional and polite at all times. My young daughter has autism so has been quite anxious but staff where so lovely it put her at ease. Thank you for a great experience even on an early Sunday morning!!

I took my poorly 9 year old son to the Urgent Care Centre on a Sunday evening. We did not have to wait long to be seen for a preliminary assessment and were shortly after sent on to a doctor for further and very thorough examination. We were not being rushed and all staff were very kind. We left with a diagnosis and a prescription and are lucky to have caught an infection early enough to avoid more serious complications. Thank you!
