Exemplary service demonstrating how high quality high value ancillary health care services can be delivered in support of the NHS by the private sector. So refreshing to see that this also appears to have been launched by an enterprising individual(s ?) choosing to commit her or their energy to breathe life into the traditional 'high street' type of location which is otherwise being regarded as being in decline. This initiative deserves every support especially during these exceptionally difficult times. Generally, I wholeheartedly endorse all the other previous reviews which have commented so positively on the features of Zoe's attention which make treatment here so exceptional. This is a very impressive contribution to the welfare of patients in Cornwall. One to be nurtured and adopted as a model for patient care in similar fields.

Excellent customer service from Zoe and her daughter on reception. I had a very warm welcome and was made to feel at ease instantly. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but Zoe's professional and friendly manner meant I was soon feeling very comfortable. The procedure was quick and thorough. I feel like a new woman! I will definitely return and would recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Never been so happy to hear again, decades of being in the sea has has not been kind to my ears. I've lost count of the amount of days, weeks I've lost the hearing in one or the other. A visit to Kernow Ear Health totally sorted them, life in stereo rocks. Great service, very efficient, very happy.
