Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The guys were fantastic - polite, helpful, professional - even rounding up stray guests who'd had a few too many at the end of the event! The marquee and the lighting by the lakes looked amazing - they certainly added "value" and wow factor to my party. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone

Chris and the team were frankly amazing in making our daughter's 18th birthday party such a memorable event. Friends and family travelled from all over the UK and beyond and they still talk about "that party" today. The logistics, the set up, the music, the food/bar and the staff provided were all of an incredibly high standard where nothing was left to chance. It really could not have gone better. Chris himself was a real partner in this and always gave the best advice based on his own lengthy experience in this field. We cannot recommend them high enough.

Reflecting back on our special day I wouldn’t change a single thing. The transformed venue exceeded our expectation; the staff were amazing and looked after us throughout the whole day. All our guests had wonderful things to say and commented on how unique and special our wedding party was and that the venue looked fantastic. Guests said the food was exquisite; and the attention to detail was impeccable. My advice to anyone considering using Pro Event Solutions is just do it, you won’t regret it. The staff are professional and go above and beyond to accommodate your dream event. I will miss e-mailing and speaking to them and all the fun that goes in to planning an event. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude to all the staff– thank you for making our magical wedding party so very, very special.

Having worked with Chris and his team for the last 8 years this review is long overdue. We have worked together on various events from AGMs, parties, award dinners and black tie events some for 500 people. The team are professional, efficient, amazing value for money and as there client they can't do enough to ensure the success of all of our event . We originally just planned to have them do the gourmet coffee, caricature artist, and balloon artist at a corporate event, but they included some cookies and things with the coffee service. I was fully expecting some boring cookies, but WOW! They had the most delicious desserts!!!!! The cheesecake was amazing, the little pumpkin muffins were delicious, and everyone kept talking about the coconut cookies and cakes all evening! Excellent customer service-----they worked within us from the planning stages all the way through, revising quotes for us over and over as we figured out what to do and as plans changed. They arrived before the event to set up their tables and equipment, which I really appreciated since they weren't even supposed to start serving until the evening and the venue was a pretty good distance from town. The serving staff was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The caricature artist and balloon artist arrived at exactly the right time and got right to work---and were instantly faced with a line! They did amazing work and people were very happy!!
