We used St Neots windows following recommendation from our builder. We received a quote where there was no silly overpricing & negotiating like some companies. Ordered & fitted well within the anticipated timeframe. Fitters arrived on time & were brilliant. Friendly & efficient. By the time they finished apart from lovely new doors you’d never have known they’d been. Tidy & no damage to walls. Will use them again!

From start to finish the process of getting all new windows and two doors has been amazing. From initial call, Steve came out to give a quote. No pressure, just measured for about 20 minutes asked what kind of things we wanted eg double or triple glazed, composite or UPVC doors. Wouldn’t talk about prices just that he would email the quote which was a fixed price ‘take it or leave it’. What a refreshing way to do business. The quote came through a day later, very competitive and easy to understand. Went to the show room to look at the windows, again no pressure. Said we wanted to go ahead and detailed exactly what we wanted. Price changed slightly, but because of what we asked for, only about 80 difference. Arranged a surveyor to come and do final measurements, he took about 20 minutes and went away. Waited for two weeks then they gave about 4 days notice before fitting, two guys, Ken and Trev, came about 10 am and I had to leave them to it. Fitted all upstairs (5) windows first day, second day 5 windows downstairs fitted. Day 3 and doors and last window went in. You honestly couldn’t tell workmen had been. Immaculately tidy and clean. Quality seems very high, almost no noise comes in house now and the house is MUCH warmer. Every time I called the office, to pay 20% deposit and then when fitted the remainder the staff were polite friendly and very professional. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks for great new windows and doors.

St Neots WIndows were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. They have a showroom which helps decision-making and is so much better than ordering from a brochure. They use high quality materials and professional installers. Our conservatory was finished in good time and exceeds our expectations. The solid roof is definitely a benefit, it is more secure, it keeps the worst of the heat out on very hot days but retains heat which is a benefit for the cooler evenings. Our conservatory has become a useful room throughout the whole day. We would recommend St Neots Windows to anyone wanting the peace of mind that comes with experienced and helpful professionals.
