Outstanding service, the consultant staff was clear, efficient and reassuring. I had a number of tests and answers very quickly. The nursing and support staff was great too (thank you Federica and Robert).

Very skeptical to come back here for A&E. As a person who barely comes into A&E and prefer community service, I came here for a serious emergency and the doctor didn’t treat me as a patient. She was literally belittling me, arguing about a diagnosis that I have had for 23 years is not the right diagnosis and began to give reasons for it. Then I noticed that they were about to misdiagnose me when I have already explained the issue and all I needed was a certain medication to clear the inflammation from my chest.

We’ve had to use this A and E several times over the years for a child with croup. The staff and facilities are excellent. There is also the children’s hospital Evalina which is superb. A credit to the NHS!

Absolutely fantastic staff, efficient, polite and prompt. I am grateful and humbled, thank you for your wonderful service! I was treated by a lovely nurse, I did not catch her name and Dr Alisha Khanna, all very well taken care of.

Doctor's and nurse's where very helpful and kind. However the NHS is clearly suffering because of cuts. There was only one doctor present on my 11 hour stay in the major care unit until the end where a second doctor and I was the first person for her to see. However I was treated by the nurses on the course of that 11 hours and everyone was really kind to me despite me crying loads.
