Yesterday evening I attended Stacey's The Art of Breathing and I-Rest session. It was wonderfully relaxing and Stacey very calmly explained and demonstrated a number of powerful breathing techniques. Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable and shared the benefits of each technique so that each person could find which would work best for them. It was wonderfully calming and I will practice the techniques used in my day to day life. Thank you so much Stacey. I would highly recommend these sessions.

I am thoroughly enjoying Stacey’s lovely yoga classes at the moment. If you’re nervous about taking classes over zoom, don’t be! Last night’s class was a little oasis of calm after a busy day of juggling home schooling and work and was the only time in the day that I took for myself. It allowed me to connect back in with my body instead of worrying about everyone else. Stacey asked all the ladies how we felt at the beginning of the class and tailored it accordingly when most of us seemed to be feeling tense and tight in our neck and shoulders. Her years of experience of teaching yoga and intuitive nature allows her to tune into exactly what her class needs. I had the best night’s sleep that I have had in weeks after my class last night. A million thank yous Stacey. I can’t recommend your classes enough. x

I moved to Stacey's Wednesday evening class after my previous class discontinued. I have also attended 1:1 sessions. Stacey is welcoming and takes time to get to know her students, confidentially taking into account medical issues. She has an amazing ability in group classes to take into account everyone's needs. I have attended a number of workshops on breath work, nutrition and mindfulness, all have been fantastic. A hugely talented teacher who has a real love and passion for her work.

I’ve been doing yoga with Stacey for a few years now and every session is just wonderful. I’ve benefitted in so many ways, physically my chore strength has improved and I’m more aware of my posture. Emotionally Stacey caters for everyone’s personal needs and creates a safe space for each student. Breath work is the core of Stacey’s practise and she demonstrate how one can incorporate breath and mindfulness in everyday life. Stacey has an inner strength and calmness that permeates each lesson and I always leave feeling calm and ready to tackle the day. The last few months she’s been amazing putting on Zoom classes, meditation and breathing workshops. I’ve attended numerous workshops which have been so beneficial on so many levels. Stacey has a real love and passion for her work and is an amazing teacher. I would highly recommend her classes.

Foundation in Mindfulness I cannot praise this course highly enough. I found the mindful exercises coupled with Stacey's calming voice & demeanour wonderful. This has changed me in many good ways. I find I am now able to concentrate my mind so it doesn't flit from one thing to another & best of all I no longer dwell on things that upset me as I used to do. My family have noticed the changes in me for the better & I would recommend this course to anyone. I have now signed up for the workshop in September to learn more about breathing techniques and relaxation. I am really looking forward to this as everything I have learnt from Stacey so far has been so beneficial.

I joined Stacey’s Wednesday evening class soon after it started and so have been going for a number of years now. Right from the start Stacey put me at ease. I was a complete beginner to yoga and so wanted a class that would teach me from the basics up. Stacey’s class has been fantastic and I have developed a real love of yoga and this is down to Stacey. She is the most wonderful teacher who takes time to get to know you and your needs and encourages and supports you all the way. As soon as I walk into her class I start to relax and have found that yoga has benefitted me so much in my day to day life. Physically I feel stronger and healthier and no longer suffer the neck and back aches I used to get. Stacey focuses on breath work and this has given me excellent tools to cope with events that in the past have proved stressful. I can’t recommend Stacey’s classes enough, she is a lovely lady who’s passion for teaching yoga shows through in every class. I am so pleased I joined Stacey’s classes and look forward to many more years of yoga practice with her.
