Visited the surgery this week and happy to share that the whole experience was very positive. It started with booking in on line - very easy - followed by check in on line (just like the airlines) - easy - with clear instructions. One of the team came out to get me from my car. I met Rez, Sarah, Kate and Amy and every single one were pleasant, chatty, informative and supportive. I'm not a nervous patient but if I was they would certainly put you at ease. COVID 19 management practices are thorough and they did everything possible to ensure myself, the team and other patients are as safe a possible in a very professional manner. I've been coming to hillcrest for almost 20 years and will say that the experiences in the past have been mixed particularly customer service levels but I can honestly say it was probably one of my best visits. Back again in a couple of weeks. Let's hope Rez has a steady hand with the drill!! Andy

Met my dentist Reza for the first time today, again very welcoming and so careful to explain what he was doing, what the options where and what he recommended - just the sort of professional friendly service I've always had from Hillcrest

A fabulous dental practice. My dentist Jas always explains everything really clearly and gives me treatment options. His work is excellent. I’ve had a couple of crowns done and nobody would know they’re not my real teeth!! Very helpful and professional,as is his dental nurse Elyse. I can’t recommend their work highly enough.

Always welcoming when visiting, Sarah and the lady's on reception are always pleasant and helpful when you arrive in the much improved reception area. I always have a positive and relaxed visit, with my dentist Renata and Chey her nurse. On a couple of occasion's I have needed to get a emergency appointment at what is a busy practice, they have gone out of their way to accommodate. All my family use Hillcrest and would support my review of this very good dental practice.
