My husband had been in hospital with Viral Pneumonia caused by Covid-19. He still has difficulty breathing and been told up to 3 months full recovery. He required a very important liver blood test done after 7 days of release. Told surgery he cant get to them as change in temperature makes him struggle to breath, but would not help one bit in getting someone to him. Staff are extremely unhelpful, rude, dint listen and make matters a lot worse for patients by making them feel unheard, insignificant and anxcious. Plan to move to a better surgery!

Brought mum for a 3.20 appt, was after 4.30 when she went in and I had to keep ringing to ask what was happening as no communication. Went in for a problem with her legs, didn't really look at those much. Took bloods and gave mum a prescription which the pharmacist told her how to take. Didn't introduce himself but was pleasant and didn't take her temperature - coronavirus??

Recently surgery seems to be getting better. The booking in touch screen is always very messy and hand sanitizer run out. Also so a big turnover of reception staff. GPS do their best.

I haven't seen a doctor in months I've given up trying, my health problems just mount up, if I ring there's not appointments left or I get offered early mornings, and as I don't drive and rely on buses I just wouldn't make them, I've been with this practise 56 years and worry know as I'm older and will need a doctor more I've needed bloodtestsince January, it's just rediculous
