My experience with the admin staff in the office was awful. The appointment was forgotten and she didnt book it in but clearly knew about it. However the engineer was fantastic, helpful,courteous, efficient and we had heating which was very welcome. Everything was explained by the engineer as to what had gone wrong and how it would be put right. Thank you Mo Oulton. Not 5 stars due to admin inefficiency.

I called on the coldest day of the year, when even the boiler didn't want to get out of bed. Although initially being told they would not be able to come until the next day. Matty arrived just after 12, and by 2:30, a new pump had been fitted and we are all warm and cosy once again. A big thank you to IGS for their prompt response, and a thank you to Matty for a job well done.
