There should be a six star rating option for Malibu Hot Tubs... from initial contact and viewing through to installation... expert and honest advice with excellent communication and progress updates on delivery and installation... A great selection and options available all fully explained to suit our budget along with a full range of accessories which were not hard sold either I must add, We required a crane installation and as such a site survey took place which was planned around our needs, Malibu Hot Tubs organised everything. Delivery day was planned and duly took place exactly as promised, installation was very very thorough and explanations on chemical treatments and procedures fully explained and nothing was too much, no rubbish left as all packaging material removed from site, We felt very reassured and glad we chose the team at Malibu Hot Tubs and could not recommend them highly enough...

Summary: PERFECT! Detail: Where does one start? The purchase process was perfect, Franklin knows his stuff and made the whole buying process perfect - assisting with any questions, especially around ground preparation etc. The delivery... well. Unfortunately Franklin had issues with his journey to our address which were resolved, just slightly delayed. However we didn't appreciate how big the hot tub was so it was never going to fit through our gate. Franklin didn't give up and with the help of some village folk we had the hot tub strapped to a farm vehicle and lifted it over the fence into the back garden. Franklin oversaw the whole operation. Once in the back garden the tub was up and running very quickly and between the 2 of them they had everything installed, demonstrated clearly and packaged up. The whole process and the hot tub is perfect. Many thanks Franklin and team
