Excellent staff: receptionists and doctors. Very friendly, helpfull. Very good GP.
Very dissatisified with the service,reception staff has got no idea who to book the appointment with.When ask a question they don't bother to put patients at first which is the motto of the whole NHS.Very rude and arrogant staff.
I wouldn't reccomend this doctors surgery. You have to call on the day between 8am - 9am fighting for an appointment. Nothing wrong with the doctors/nurses, it's just getting an appointment that's the awkward bit.
The doctors here other than one are amazing. The reception staff on the other hand can never be bothered to answer the phone. I’ve been number 3 in the queue for 45 minutes now. On hold in total for 1 hour and 20 minutes now. It’s a joke. Even when sitting waiting to be called in you can see them too busy in the back chatting to eachother instead of answering the phone.
