This is the second time that Scott has undertaken work on our computer. He is helpful, reliable, clear in explaining the procedure etc. We would both recommend Scott to anyone suffering the anxiety of computer problems. We are particularly relieved that Scott was able to retrieve our data after a Hard Disk failure. We have learnt our lesson and will be backing up our data!
