Fantastic service and impeccable finish! There's a great range of doors to view in the shop (which was a rarity with other door companies) . Claire and Robbie were extremely knowledge and helpful, explaining all of the different options and talking me through the order process. Alan the installer gets great reviews and now I understand why: he arrived on time, didn't leave any mess and the quality of finish is truly outstanding. The join between the door frame and wall is basically seemless. I honestly couldn't recommend The Door Company highly enough!

When we first went into the showroom to look around at the different door types we were not pressured at all. All the questions we had were answered honestly and with great detail. When we came to design what door we wanted and the fixings wanted, we were helped through the entire process. The fitter that came to install the front door was very helpful and kept the door way and entrance hall clean and tidy and was installed to a high standard. The door is just what we wanted and has made the front of the house so much better for us.
I would 100% recommend anyone to use Claire and Robbie for internal doors and installation. The service I received was outstanding, from emailing my enquiry on Saturday, placing the order on Sunday, the survey being completed on Monday and fully fitted on Friday. the quality of the doors are fantastic and the craftsmanship of the fitting is beautiful. We have just had an Endurance front door and composite side panel supplied and fitted by The Door Company, and we are thrilled with it! Claire was very helpful and extremely quick with responding to queries and quotations. We were particularly concerned about having a door that would withstand direct sunlight/heat and Claire recommended the Endurance range.
