Never turned up to give us a quote after waiting two weeks and then sitting in all morning waiting. I complained and received verbal abuse saying they were too busy and did not need the work anyway they then slammed the phone down on me. I have since been informed by another person who tried to get them to come out and look at his windows, again they never turned up. This company used to give very good service and I have used them in the past but I understand that they have had a change of management since.
They have done an amazing job with our windows, excellent service and awesome value for money, would highly recommend!
