The government are to blame for which is now Very poor service they closed all the stations and left 2 open which is a 40 min drive to Tamworth what a joke and then no of the officers want to listen to what there being told as its to much hassle for them it's one force you carnt trust with for any help any more not Evan and numbers for the custody sweet at Gailey to contact anybody can no longer rely on them

They offer free overnight stays in your own private room and breakfast is included. The helpful staff take your valuables and lock them away for safe keeping (How thoughtful is that?) They aim to cater for your every need. There's free support and counselling for your drug and alcohol dependency, they will even help you with your mental health issues. There are also breath and blood screening facilities on site and you even get to make a free call to a person of your choice. The rooms are very sparse and storage is limited, but that doesn't really pose a problem because they take everything from you when you book in. If you tell the kind man on the desk that you're going to set your hair on fire and jump from a high building, he smiles and some of his friends help you take off all of your clothes then they give you a pair of big shorts and a T shirt made of something similar to kevlar. They then look in to your room every 15 minutes through a handy hatch that all the doors seam to have. It's very reassuring. All in all, the prices can't be beaten as it all seems to be free. The staff are great. The rooms are small and there are no sea views. It would benefit from a lick of paint.

I was taken in 3weeks ago, I have several problems right now. I can not fault any of the staff on duty that night, they were very respectful of my needs and understanding. Kind regards to you all

I have to disagree with Warren, I didn't get breakfast and the water tastes like Squirrel pi**, no mini- bar or TV in the small rooms either, staff were pleasant enough but the corporate uniform could do with an update, not sure if the window dimensions meets emergency fire exit regs either, tried to leave a review on Trip Advisor but it wouldn't let me !
