Glow Girl

Very cold practice. They have a system whereby you have to call on the same day to speak to a Dr. The Dr can call back at anytime, which is fine, but if you have the temerity to go to the loo and miss the call by 1 minute you get treated like a child and you miss your slot - even though you ring back within a minute. There are some one or two examples of ok care but on the whole, the contempt and irritation for patients is more prominent.
