Had a very good experience working with Darrin. His diligence alleviated a lot of the worries I had about not being able to get my laptop back after leaving it on my flight. I received my laptop in the same condition as when I lost it, which was another great relief.

I hadn't even noticed my item missing yet when I was called up and asked if I'd left something on my flight at Heathrow International. Communication was made easy and within hours of our first contact, I was informed I would have my item within the week. I left my iPad Pro in the side pocket next to my seat on my flight from Chicago to London. I didn’t notice it was gone until I was about to board my plane to Helsinki. I tried to contact the airline, but I was eventually connected to baggage services. They put me in touch with Darrin Armstrong of Lost & Found Courier Services. Darrin was able to retrieve the item, contact a courier, and have the item shipped to me in Prague in a couple of days. It was due to arrive the next day, but due to Brexit, all shipments (including used items) were subject to a ridiculous amount of scrutiny by the Czech Customs office. The held my item for five days, during which Darrin kept me updated regards the progress. The item was delivered in perfect shape, and I thank Darrin and his company for the courtesy, professionalism and pure will to get the job done that was displayed throughout the process. Darrin is a people person, and it shows in the manner in which he communicates with customers. Hie truly cares about the quality of the service he and his company provides. If I could give him and his company more stars I would. Thank you, Darrin, for helping me out in a difficult situation. 3 months ago I lost my bag in the Turkish airport. It took me a month to contact them and they finally confirmed that they have it and recommended a company that wanted 600 to send it back to me in America. I quickly looked online and found this company which was extremely fortunate for me as Darren was able to ship it back to me for a third of the price of the other company. He emailed back and forth with me for over a month while we took care of all the kinks that popped up. Even after it was shipped, I emailed him that FedEx sent my suitcase to the wrong place (FedEx's mistake) and he instantly got FedEx on the phone and made them ship it to me instead. If you need something from an airport I would 100% recommend using Darren's services. Thank you!
Excellent service! I left an item in my flight from overseas, and Darrin was able to collect it for me, package it, and have it delivered to me at home (I live several hours from Heathrow). Darrin kept me informed every step of the way and got my item back to me as expected and i. perfect condition. I hope I don’t have to use the service again, but if I do leave something on a flight, I will be asking Darrin at Lost and Found Couriers fie help again!
There are no other words to describe Darrin and his Lost and Found courier service other than exceptional. The process to recover my lost suitcase was somewhat of a nightmare yet Darrin kept me informed every step of the way even when there wasn't any progress, he'd always email me to reassure me he was still on the case(!) and would not stop at anything to return my luggage back to me. Dealing with language barriers, customs officers and everything in between, he persevered and remained dedicated to my cause. I can't fault his service and will recommend him every time. Such a great guy, patient, communicative and has a real passion for reuniting people with their belongings. Thank you so so much for all your help Darrin, I am so glad I picked you!
