Another fabulous Mova experience... even having your hair washed is wonderful. Just had a restyle and colour.... do I fringe or not??? Well I did and absolutely delighted. Thank you Joe. An amazing team at the Staines salon. I will forever be a loyal customer.

Amazing haircut done by Megan! Would highly recommend.
It's been about 8 years since I went to a salon rather than a barbers. Haircut was perfect. The staff are so friendly and polite. I feel like a cheap sod for forgetting to leave a tip
Megan was lovely. First time there on recommendation from my friend. Defo my new salon. Very pleased with my hair cut and Megan was very thorough.
I used to love going to mova, but for some reason I have found that they have recently gone down hill. I booked a consultation for a colour correction, which as I have had this service before, know that this usually costs in the region of around 100 and something. However, what I was quoted was 4x the amount (500) which made me feel like they weren't interested in doing my hair and wanted to put me off. I have also tried enrolling in their hairdressing course that they advertise on their website. After attempting to contact them and being promised a call back 3 times and hearing nothing, just to get some information on it, I have given up. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service used to be good and professional, now I will go elsewhere. *In response to your reply, my visit for the colour correction was not in 2019 it was after lockdown... and if you weren't taking on new people for the hairdressing course could this have not been mentioned to me when I phoned up and spoke to you?
Stylist Alex really took her time to style my hair and I am really pleased with the result. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable on my first visit here, will definitely be going back. Oh and a really good complementary cup of coffee on arrival.
Well this is in fact the best experience I have ever had in a hair salon. I havent been in a salon for years and was a bit scared from my experience at other salons. Mova know what they are doing, free complimentary drinks (yes please and thank you very much) all staff are a delight. If you read any bad reviews I would 100% question the person writing the review and recommend the salon to anyone. Good service and epic hair cut!! Thank you so much ladies
I absolutely love MOVA! I always feel like a fresh person afterwards! Also it’s such an open and lovely atmosphere which sometimes involves mass conversation! Megan does my cut and colour and she always gets it 100% right no matter how vague my latest description of what I want! And they make a corker of a cuppa! Also so far throughout the covid-19 situation they have been communicating and committed to giving valued customers updates! 5 star people and hair dressers!!
